This may sound too good to be true, isn’t it? Losing weight doesn’t mean starvation. On the contrary, researchers have questioned the efficacy, safety and future of very low calorie diets.
Eating a good volume of the right kind of food sustains you for longer, keeps cravings at bay and helps speed up metabolism too. When I consult my clients, I keep in mind the quality as well the quantity of food if it is satisfying!
A diet doesn’t mean that you need to eat perfectly at every meal and then feel guilty about eating more.
